Stilt House Plans

We have decided to place our house on stilts instead of your usual cement foundation. There are a couple of reasons for this. 

1.  is because there are lots of trees and we want to be able to see that magnificent view.
2. we can utilize more of the square footage by using the area of the sub-level to as a parking garage. 
3. Stilts can be more budget friendly. 

 **I added a couple of screen shots of our inspiration for our home. It will not be exactly like this but pretty similar. **

we will be adding a wrap around porch and bigger windows that we have been collection for our build. The stairs will be much different too. We are still working that part out.
